Integrations overview
Integrations connect Creator Jam to the tools you already use: your Shopify store, your post-purchase survey, your affiliate program, your analytics and your AI assistant. You manage them all on Settings → Integrations. The Settings button is at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Connections belong to your team, not to one person. When a teammate connects Fairing, everyone on the team sees Fairing revenue, and anyone on the team can update or disconnect it. API keys and access tokens are stored encrypted, and Creator Jam never shows a saved key again. To change one, use the card’s update button and paste a new key.
What each integration adds
Section titled “What each integration adds”| Integration | What it adds | Where it shows up | Guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Gift orders and shipment tracking, discount codes, short links and your product catalog | The conversation panel, Products, Orders, Discount Codes, Short Links, the Code Uses tab on ROI, and Home | Connecting Shopify |
| Fairing | Post-purchase survey answers, turned into estimated revenue per creator. It can also send your creators to Fairing’s answer lists. | The Fairing tab on ROI, Home, and a channel’s Channel Performance section | Fairing and Sending creators to Fairing |
| GoAffPro | Orders your affiliates referred, with the commission they earned | The Affiliates tab on ROI, and Home | GoAffPro |
| Northbeam | Sends your published creator spend into Northbeam | Sync to Northbeam on Conversations → Monthly Overview, and a Sync button next to a deal’s rate | Northbeam and Lifetimely |
| Lifetimely | Adds your published creator costs to the Google Sheet you keep for Lifetimely | Sync to Lifetimely on Conversations → Monthly Overview | Northbeam and Lifetimely |
| Slack | Posts a message to a Slack channel each time content is added | Your Slack channel | Slack notifications |
| YouTube | Your own YouTube API key, so your AI assistant can search YouTube for new creators, vet them and add them | Your AI assistant | Finding new YouTube creators |
| MCP Server | Lets Claude, Cursor or another AI assistant read and update your Creator Jam data | Your AI assistant | Claude and AI assistants |
| YouTube stats (built in) | Views, likes and comments for every YouTube video you add, read once a day | Content, Content Analytics, and a channel’s Channel Performance section | How views are tracked |
YouTube stats don’t need a connection. They start as soon as you add a YouTube video. The YouTube Integration card is only for finding new creators.
The three attribution sources (Fairing, GoAffPro affiliates, and Shopify discount code uses) are always shown side by side and never added together. One creator’s sale can show up in more than one of them, so a combined total would count it twice. How attribution works explains the difference.
Other settings on this page
Section titled “Other settings on this page”Two cards on the Integrations page aren’t connections, but they shape the numbers you see.
- Attribution Settings sets the Purchase consideration window: how long a shopper typically takes to buy after watching a video. Choose 7, 14, 21, 30, 45 or 60 days. The default is 21. Creator Jam uses it to split a creator’s attributed revenue between their videos. Recent views count most, and a view as old as the window counts about half as much. Use a shorter window for impulse buys and a longer one for considered purchases. See How attribution works.
- Home Page chooses which attribution sources the Home dashboard shows: Fairing, Affiliates and Code uses. A source you haven’t connected is greyed out and marked Not set up. Choose at least one, then click Save. See The Home dashboard.
Removing a connection
Section titled “Removing a connection”The Shopify, GoAffPro, Lifetimely and Slack cards each have a Disconnect button, and the YouTube Integration card has Remove key. The Fairing and Northbeam cards don’t have one yet, so you can update their keys but not remove them yourself. To remove one, email Creator Jam support.
