Finding your way around
Every page in Creator Jam is one click away in the left sidebar, and the command bar gets you to any creator or new record from the keyboard. This page tours both, plus the Settings menu and the display options that only affect you.
Creator Jam's layout: the same sidebar and top bar on every page.
- The sidebar lists every page, grouped by what you're doing: deals at the top, then Content, Commerce, Spend and Analytics.
- Settings opens a menu with Profile & Team, Integrations, Custom Fields and the display options.
- The panel button shrinks the sidebar to a strip of icons. ⌘B (Ctrl+B on Windows) does the same.
- The top bar shows the page's name. Some pages put their own buttons here, like + Add Channel and + New Conversation on Home.
- Search… opens the command bar. ⌘K (Ctrl+K) opens it from any page.

The sidebar has two things called “Analytics”. The Analytics page under Content covers views. The Analytics group at the bottom holds ROI, which covers revenue.
To give the page more room, click the panel button at the top left of the page, or press ⌘B (Ctrl+B on Windows). The sidebar shrinks to a narrow strip of icons: point at an icon to see its name, and click Conversations to choose Campaigns or Monthly Overview. Press it again to bring the full sidebar back. Creator Jam remembers your choice in this browser.
The sidebar shrunk to icons, with more room for the page.
- The panel button (or ⌘B, Ctrl+B on Windows) switches between the icons and the full sidebar.
- Conversations opens a menu with Campaigns and Monthly Overview. Point at any other icon to see its name.
The Settings menu
Section titled “The Settings menu”Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar to open this menu.
The Settings menu opens upward from the Settings button at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Profile & Team: your name and email, your team, invites and team members. See Signing in and your team.
- Integrations: connect Shopify, Fairing, GoAffPro and Northbeam, set up the MCP server for Claude, and choose your attribution settings and which revenue sources Home shows. It also has cards for Lifetimely and Slack. See Integrations overview.

The top bar
Section titled “The top bar”The bar across the top of every page shows the page’s name. Some pages put their own controls on the right of it, such as the date range on ROI or + Add Channel and + New Conversation on Home. On the far right, Search… opens the command bar.
The command bar
Section titled “The command bar”Press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows, or click Search… in the top bar, to open the command bar from any page.
The command bar, opened with ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) or Search… in the top bar.
Find a creator. Start typing a name, platform or category. Matching channels appear under Channels. Use the arrow keys and press Enter, or click, to open that channel.
Create something. Pick a command, or type part of its name (for example “new convo” or “add channel”):
| Command | What happens |
|---|---|
| New Conversation | Pick the creator’s channel, and the new-conversation form opens with it selected. |
| New Feature | Paste the content’s link and press Enter. The add-content form opens with the link filled in. |
| New Channel | Paste the channel’s link and press Enter, then type a contact email and press Enter. The add-channel form opens with both filled in and the details fetched. |
Press Esc to go back a step, or to close the command bar.
Demo mode
Section titled “Demo mode”Demo mode disguises the sensitive parts of Creator Jam so you can share your screen, record a walkthrough or present without exposing real figures. Turn it on with Settings → Demo Mode, and turn it off the same way.
While it’s on:
- creator names show only their first two letters, so “Sam Builds Stuff” becomes “Sa” followed by asterisks
- email addresses are replaced with asterisks, apart from the “@” and the ending, such as “.com”
- dollar amounts, such as rates and spend, show as
$****** - CPMs and attributed revenue keep only their first digit, so you can still tell $12 from $120
- invite links and some fields you can type in, such as the rate box, are blurred
Demo mode only changes what’s drawn on your screen. It doesn’t change what anyone can access, and it doesn’t affect what your teammates see. Creator Jam remembers the setting on that browser until you turn it off.
Light and dark theme
Section titled “Light and dark theme”Creator Jam starts in the light theme. Turn on Settings → Dark Mode to switch to the dark one. Like demo mode, the choice is remembered on that browser only.
