GoAffPro affiliates

If your creators are GoAffPro affiliates, connect GoAffPro to see the orders each one referred next to what you paid them. The results appear on the Affiliates tab of the ROI page, a third attribution source alongside Fairing and Code Uses.

The GoAffPro Integration card before a token is saved.

  1. The ? icon opens these setup notes inside Creator Jam.
  2. Paste the token into Access Token. The line under it says where to find it in GoAffPro.
  3. Save Credentials checks the token with GoAffPro, then saves it.
  1. In your GoAffPro admin, open Settings → Advanced → Access Tokens and click New API Key.

  2. Copy the token.

  3. In Creator Jam, open Settings → Integrations and find the GoAffPro Integration card.

  4. Paste the token into Access Token and click Save Credentials.

While the button reads Verifying…, Creator Jam checks the token with GoAffPro before saving it. A mistyped token fails right away with “GoAffPro rejected that access token”, rather than showing up later as a report with no sales. Once it’s saved, the card shows Connected to GoAffPro. The token is stored encrypted and never shown again. Use Update Credentials to replace it, or Disconnect to remove it.

The ? icon on the card repeats these setup notes inside the app.

GoAffPro credits each referred order to an affiliate itself, so Creator Jam counts those orders as they are. This is a complete count, not a survey sample, and nothing is scaled up.

  • Orders that count: GoAffPro orders marked new or approved. Rejected orders, where the commission was reversed after a cancellation or refund, are left out.
  • Revenue counts orders placed in the date range you pick. Spend counts the linked creator’s deals published in that range. A video published on the last day of a month carries its full cost against one day of sales.
  • Only active affiliates are listed: those with at least one order in the range.
  • Freshness: new orders and new affiliates can take up to 15 minutes to appear.

Creator Jam ties each affiliate to one of your channels using the first signal below that fits. Each row shows a badge saying which signal was used, so you can check it.

Order Signal Badge Example
1 You linked them by hand linked by hand
2 The affiliate’s coupon matches a discount code on one of your conversations coupon SAM15 on Sam Builds Stuff’s deal
3 The affiliate’s email matches a contact email on a channel email
4 The affiliate’s referral code matches a short link that has a Creator set ref code sam matches ridgelinecoffee.com/sam
5 The affiliate’s website, Instagram or Twitter matches the channel’s link handle @hannahbrews
6 The affiliate’s name exactly matches the channel’s name, ignoring case, spaces and punctuation name match

Two rules keep the matching honest:

  • Creator Jam never guesses. If a signal points to two different creators, matching stops and the affiliate is left unlinked for you to sort out. A wrong link would quietly move revenue from one creator to another, which is worse than a blank.
  • Names must match exactly. An affiliate called “Sam” isn’t matched to “Sam Builds Stuff”.

The handle and name match badges are highlighted because they’re best guesses. The others come from a real identifier such as a code or an email address.

When some affiliates aren’t linked, a banner above the table says so, for example “2 affiliates not linked to a creator”. Their revenue is listed and included in Affiliate Revenue, but it isn’t counted in Net ROAS, because there’s no creator spend to set it against.

  • Link an affiliate: in the Channel column, open Link to a creator… and pick the creator. It saves straight away and the report reloads.
  • Correct a match: click change under the creator’s name and pick a different creator.
  • Mark someone as not a creator: choose — Not a creator —. Use this for affiliates who aren’t creators you work with, such as customers or staff. Creator Jam stops trying to match them automatically. Their orders still appear in the table and in the revenue total, unlinked.
  • Undo a manual link: click change, then reset to go back to automatic matching.

A link you set by hand always wins over automatic matching.

The cards at the top show Total Creator Spend, Affiliate Revenue (with the number of referred orders), Commission and Net ROAS. On this tab, Total Creator Spend only includes creators linked to an affiliate with orders in the range, so it’s usually lower than on the Fairing tab. For the same reason, the Net ROAS card only counts revenue and commission from linked affiliates. Until GoAffPro is connected, the cards show “—”.

Column What it shows
Orders Referred orders in the date range
Spend Rates of the linked creator’s deals published in the range. If two affiliates are linked to one creator, the creator’s spend is split between them by revenue, so it isn’t counted twice.
Revenue Order value GoAffPro credited to the affiliate
Commission What the affiliate earned on those orders. This is a real cost on top of what you paid for the content.
ROAS Revenue ÷ spend
Net ROAS Revenue ÷ (spend + commission)

ROAS and Net ROAS show “—” when an affiliate has no spend in the range: every unlinked affiliate, and a linked creator with nothing published in the range. There’s no creator spend to measure a return on, so Creator Jam doesn’t divide revenue by commission alone.

Linked affiliates are listed first, then the rest by revenue.

Affiliate revenue also appears on Home, in the Affiliate revenue tile and the top creators list, as long as Affiliates is ticked on the Home Page card in Settings → Integrations.

Affiliate figures are never added to the Fairing or Code Uses figures. One creator’s coupon can be counted by both GoAffPro and Code Uses, and the same shopper may also name the creator in your Fairing survey. A combined total would count that sale more than once.

Expect a creator’s affiliate revenue to be lower than their Fairing estimate. GoAffPro counts purchases that came through the creator’s link or code. Fairing estimates everyone the creator influenced, including shoppers who never used a link.

The tab says “Affiliate revenue is unavailable right now” and shows the error from GoAffPro. Every card shows “—” rather than $0, so a GoAffPro outage never looks like a month with no sales. That includes Total Creator Spend, because on this tab spend depends on which creators are linked to an affiliate.
